Greg first purchased a Century 21 franchise in 1999. He started his career as a part-time prospector and quickly learned how to become a power listing agent. As an agent, Greg built his personal production to over 200 transactions and then built a team to sell over 400 properties in one year. That wasn’t enough though. Greg decided to take the focus off of himself and focus his energies on developing talent within his organization. It is common for agents to start new with Greg and do 30-40 transactions their first year. He has multiple agents doing over 100 deals in his office, has one of if not the highest PPP in the system and achieves all of this while managing to hang out and be a father to his four children.
