Colin Farmer joined the CENTURY 21® headquarters team as Vice President, Global Business Development in 2013 where he is responsible for the direction and execution of the CENTURY 21 global relocation and referral strategy as well as the national rollout and expansion of the CENTURY 21 builder initiative program. Prior to his appointment at Century 21Real Estate, Colin served as Broker Services Regional Director for Cartus Corporation headquartered in Danbury, CT. During his six years at Cartus® he managed a network of real estate brokerages throughout the central United States, conducted market needs analysis and recruitment of new Network Brokers among a vast number of other critical and strategic initiatives. Colin started in the relocation industry with PHH Relocation in 1993 in Wilton and Danbury, Connecticut where he held positions within the firm’s Destination Services and Network Services divisions before being “relocated” himself to the firm’s Irving, Texas facility taking on a role in business development. During a brief 10-year hiatus outside the industry Colin held a variety of business-to-business sales positions in the telecommunications and market research technology industries including direct sales, sales management and sales training. Colin holds an Undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut where he majored in Economics and a Master of Business Administration degree from Sacred Heart University.
