Travel Information

Resort Casual is acceptable for all functions. Please note that evening functions may be held outside on the pool deck or beach, so please be sure to wear appropriate shoes – sandals, flip flops or flats suggested.
Hotel Reservations
It is recommended that attendees reserve their hotel rooms immediately after registration. Please note, ALL attendees are responsible for making their hotel reservations and completing payment. (see more details on the "Travel" page)
Flight Reservations
Please book your flight into Nassau International Airport (NAS) which is approximately 30 minutes from the hotel. Shuttle service will be available for a fee and can be reserved in advance; cab cost from airport to hotel is approximately $30. Please check back in the summer for additional shuttle information.
